How do I know if I had a good day?
First, if you complete your daily Uptime goal, it already means that you’ve had a great day.
When it comes to your ‘Upright vs. slouch’ ratio, we recommend aiming for a healthy range of 70-95% upright.
It’s important to build your core muscles gradually and watch your stats improve over time.
Should I aim for 100% upright time?
No, you should not aim for 100% upright time. More isn’t always better.
Being upright all day might mean that your body is too stiff and you’re not moving enough during the day. It’s more important to move freely and stay comfortable than aim for perfection.
Movement is a big part of your posture training. The more you move around throughout the day, the more your posture will improve.
