My UPRIGHT GO doesn’t turn on. What should I do?

If your UPRIGHT GO is not turning on when you press the power button, make sure that it is charged by connecting it to a computer using the charging cable provided and letting it charge. The light on your device will be solid red while it is charging. Let your device charge until the light turns solid green; then try turning it on again. 

If the LED on your device doesn’t light up while charging, or your device still doesn’t turn on after the light has turned solid green, please contact us via the in-app chat.
